About Mark Young M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Young is a 1975 undergraduate of the University of Kansas and graduated the Tulane University School of Medicine with a Doctor of Medicine in 1980. After completion of his internship, residency and fellowship, Dr. Young earned his board certification from the American Board of Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery in 1988.

With seventeen years of plastic and reconstructive surgery experience, Dr. Young is licensed in both Kansas and Missouri. Among several professional accomplishments Dr. Young is an American Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons Fellow, an Assistant Clinical Professor of Plastic Surgery at the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Medicine, served as Chief over the Plastic Surgery Section at Menorah Medical Center and is currently involved in two clinical investigations with the FDA.
